Summary:

Plot: At first I wasn't too sure about the plot, but as I began reading I found myself enjoy it, the plot is simple yet complex and kept me intrigued the whole time.
Characters: I loved Lara she was a great character and in many ways reminded me of my Mom, Paul annoyed me a lot at first but I soon understood his character and his state of mind, and is use to the story, which to me made him less annoying in that sense and very realistic.
Pros: A nice adult crime novel, not an overly complex read and an interesting take on our possible future.
Cons: Some spelling errors, needs new summary and cover.
Final Thoughts: At first I wasn't too sure about this book, but my mind was soon changed. The only thing that is hard for me is going from reading a lot of YA based novels and then transitioning to an "Adult" book. I have to get an a more serious mode, which can take me awhile, which makes it harder for me to get into, but once I saw where the story was heading, I was impressed and interested in the story. I also found LJ Sellers take on futuristic America to be very intriguing, although I did not agree with everything is is very plausable outcome to our society. For those who like a crime,mystery novel this book will satisfy your needs.

It definitely takes some getting used to when you switch from YA to Adult, huh. I do it on a weekly bases and still have to change my mode of thinking.
